Mike Mrachek

Mike is focused on the operational management of development projects across the portfolio including ground-up development, major capital renovations, and turnkey tenant improvement projects.

He brings over 15 years of construction and development experience in high-profile commercial and industrial projects from Leopardo Construction and FCL Builders. During his tenure he was responsible for nearly $500 million in projects focused on office, mixed-use, industrial and site development.

When not on a Glenstar jobsite you may find him volunteering on a build within his community or riding a single-track trail.
