Michael Giese

With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mike’s responsibilities include asset management and oversight of the firm’s finances and property management platform.

Prior to joining Glenstar, he spent 5 years with Tishman Speyer managing several large commercial office projects in downtown Chicago. Before his career at Tishman, Mike held regional and national roles with Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP), spending time in property management and national property operations.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA|HP) designation from BOMI and the LEED GA designation from the USGBC. He is a member of IREM and BOMA, serving on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of BOMA Chicago. Michael is an active volunteer with the West Suburban Humane Society and enjoys spending time with friends and family in his free time.
