Christian Domin

As Managing Director of Leasing, Christian is currently responsible for leasing much of Glenstar’s suburban Chicago portfolio (Schaumburg Corporate Center, Continental Towers, Presidents Plaza and Bannockburn Lakes).

During his 30 years of experience, he has executed over 1,500 lease transactions, valuing over $2.5 billion, with a total square footage exceeding 5.5 million square feet of space in Class A, B and C properties. Additionally, he has facilitated the leasing underwriting for eight major downtown office sale transactions totaling over 4M square feet and valued in excess of $1 billion.
