Christian Domin

As Managing Director of Portfolio Leasing, Christian is responsible for leasing much of Glenstar’s suburban Chicago portfolio (Schaumburg Corporate Center and Presidents Plaza) and partnering closely with our outside leasing partners including JLL, CBRE and Telos for our Chicago and Dallas assets.

During his 30 years of experience, he has executed over 1,500 lease transactions, valuing over $2.5 billion, with a total square footage exceeding 6 million square feet of space in Class A, B and C properties. Additionally, he has facilitated the leasing underwriting for eight major downtown office sale transactions totaling over 4M square feet and valued in excess of $1 billion.
