Charles Jaye

As an Analyst, Charles supports acquisitions, development, and asset management efforts across Glenstar’s portfolio through market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on both prospective and existing assets.

Prior to joining Glenstar in 2025, Charles graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in real estate development from the Daniels School of Business. While studying at the University of Denver, he served as the President of the Real Estate and Construction Management Club and interned with Confluent Development and Commonwealth Companies. Outside of work, you can find Charles working on his golf game or exploring his new home city of Chicago.
