Brian Netzky

Brian possesses an extensive industrial real estate background spanning more than 30 years. He founded a nationally renowned industrial brokerage firm, which he successfully managed for more than 15 years before merging with Colliers International.

Throughout his career, Brian has executed occupier strategy on many of the largest industrial tenancies in North America and has successfully negotiated over $750M of industrial leases across 70 major markets. Joining Glenstar in 2022, Brian leads all facets of the industrial portfolio from acquisition through lease up.
