Ben Herzon

As an Acquistions and Asset Management Associate, Ben is primarily involved in the due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions, as well as general support for development deals and asset manangement for Glenstar’s office portfolio.

Prior to joining Glenstar in 2023, he earned his BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison and worked for Brookfield Properties as a development analyst. When not in the office you can find him at cheering on the Cubs, at a local music venue, or on the fairway.
