Adam Parritz

Adam has over 10 years of experience in underwriting and asset management as well as leading ownership transitions and loan restructuring on multifamily, office and industrial assets.  During his career he’s held various positions with Varde, Singerman Real Estate and Equity Office.  In his current role, Adam is leading the Strategic Office Advisory Services division and bringing his expertise to the expansion of our office portfolio. When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing and traveling.
