Michael Klein

Co-Founder & Managing Principal

Michael co-founded Glenstar in 2004. He helps drive the strategic direction of the company and is passionate about building transformative spaces that encourage work/life balance and building a sense of community. He is involved in all aspects of the business, working closely with the firms acquisition and asset management teams.  He serves on the Glenstar Investment Committee.

Michael brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and industry thought leadership. He enjoys skiing and golf, but his real passion lies in his CrossFit workouts. 

Brian Netzky

Principal

Brian brings an extensive industrial real estate background spanning more than 30 years to Glenstar.  During that time, Brian founded a nationally renowned industrial brokerage firm which he led for more than 15 years before merging with Colliers International in 2018.  While at Colliers, Brian was instrumental in collaborating with Glenstar on their Tri-County 75 development in Fort Myers, which broke ground earlier this spring.   

Throughout his career, Brian has executed occupier strategy and site selection on many of the largest industrial leases in North America.  He has successfully negotiated over $750M of industrial leases across 70 major markets.

Rand Diamond

Co-Founder & Principal

Rand co-founded Glenstar in 2004.  He provides leadership support for the asset management and development businesses, serves on the Glenstar Investment Committee and helps drive the strategic direction of the company. 

Colleen Cordia

Executive Director, Finance & Accounting

Colleen oversees finance, accounting and administration for Glenstar. She joined in 2019 and has over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax and financial reporting and for commercial office properties. 

Michael Giese

Executive Director

Michael has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.  His current responsibilities include asset management and oversight of the firm’s property management platform.

Mickey Stefan

Executive Director

Mickey has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. His responsibilities include strategic visioning and oversight of Glenstar’s asset management platform throughout the U.S.

Jim Robinson

Executive Director, Construction & Development

Jim oversees construction and development across the firm’s portfolio including ground-up development, major capital renovations, and turnkey tenant improvement projects. Jim has over 18 years of construction and development experience across multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, office, retail and hospitality sectors, with nearly $500 million in value of completed projects.

Mike Mrachek

Executive Director, Construction and Development

Mike is focused on the operational management of development projects across the portfolio including ground-up development, major capital renovations, and turnkey tenant improvement projects. Mike brings over 14 years of construction and development experience in high-profile commercial and industrial projects. Prior to joining Glenstar, Mike was a Senior Project Manager at Leopardo Construction and FCL Builders where he was responsible for nearly $500 million in projects focused on office, mixed-use, industrial and site development.

Jeff Koukol

Director

Jeff has over 7 years of commercial real estate experience. His responsibilities for Glenstar include acquisitions, dispositions, project financing and asset management throughout the U.S. 

Anthony DeAgostino

Director

Anthony joined Glenstar in 2019 covering both Acquisitions and Asset Management throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Glenstar, Anthony spent 3 years working as an investment sales broker specializing in office and industrial dispositions nationwide.

Mark Menis

Associate, Construction & Development

Mark has over five years of construction management experience within the mixed-use, office and retail sectors. In his role, Mark oversees capital improvements with a focus in the Chicagoland area.

Christian Domin

Managing Director

Christian, a 29-year industry veteran, leads suburban and downtown Chicago leasing efforts for Glenstar, including projects at 141 West Jackson Boulevard, Presidents Plaza, Continental Towers, Schaumburg Corporate Center and Bannockburn Lakes.

Bill Saviski

Managing Director

As Managing Director of Leasing, Bill is responsible for leasing 3.3 million square feet in the Chicago suburbs (Schaumburg Corporate Center, Continental Towers, Presidents Plaza and Bannockburn Lakes). He is responsible for attracting new tenants as well as maintaining existing relationships with tenants in the Glenstar Portfolio. Over the past 2.5 years he has completed 700,000 square feet of deals.

Mike Roa

Marketing and Events Manager

Mike joined Glenstar in 2022 to lead Glenstar's industry leading tenant engagement program, Connect. In this role, Mike is focused on curating and managing events that build community and increase tenant satisfaction. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, events, property management, social media and customer service within both the office and retails sectors.

Erica Collins

Office Administrator

Erica joined Glenstar in 2021. As office administrator, she manages the daily activities and operations of the corporate office and coordinates corporate policies and projects across Glenstar's portfolio.

Becky Diehl

Executive Director, Marketing and Customer Experience

Bringing over 15 years of experience, Becky oversees all aspects of Glenstar's marketing activities. Her current responsibilities include corporate and property-level branding and the firm’s hallmark customer experience platform, Glenstar Connect.
