Chicago Board Of Trade Building Takes Home Regional TOBY

CHICAGO, IL (April, 2015) – Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Chicago awarded The Chicago Board of Trade Building “The Outstanding Building of the Year TOBY” for “Renovated Building” earlier this month.

The TOBY awards recognize excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.

The Chicago Board of Trade Building, one of only six buildings from Chicago named a regional winner, will move on to the International TOBY competition. Results will be announced at BOMA’s International Conference in Los Angeles, CA, on June 30, 2015.

“This is a tremendous honor for our management team,” said GlenStar Principal Rand Diamond. “We are especially proud of the men and women who work so hard to make the Chicago Board of Trade Building the best, most desirable office location in the city of Chicago.”

In January 2014 the Chicago Board of Trade Building was designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building. The program validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management.
